Not a very interesting pie for π day, but it was tasty.
Soften 1 large onion (chopped) and 8 oz sliced mushrooms in 2T butter over low heat for 30 – 35 minutes. Add 1 sliced carrot and a leftover bratwurst, cook for 5 minutes more. Add 1 glass red wine and reduce. Add 2T flour and cook for 3 – 5 minutes. Add 3 cups chicken stock. Season with worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add 1 cup frozen peas.
Put in crocks, cover with puff pastry. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes until pastry is golden brown and delicious. Serve.
