Winter Ribollita

Made this awesome recipe from SFGate for dinner over the weekend. Warm, hearty peasant soup with fresh brown bread. Just what I needed.

It was a really easy soup to make, and incredibly tasty. In true Italian tradition I used the greens (beet greens and dinosaur kale) that showed up in the veggie box this week.

This one is definitely going into the rotation of soups to make.
