Kitchen solutions

I mentioned that our oven broke (along with much lamenting about the lack of enchiladas in my life due to said oven dying). We made some decisions this past weekend and went to make our purchase. We ended up with a Wolf 4 burner professional style range, a range hood that is rated for a pro grade range and a new french door refrigerator.

We’re waiting to hear from the store that they’re in so we can get them both installed.

The downside is we’re going to lose the over-range microwave. Well, I’m not sure it’s that big a downside, it’s a contractor grade microwave and not real great. We do still have the microwave Steve bought before we were married (a dual convection / microwave) so we just lose a little counter space, we don’t have to go shopping for another appliance. I don’t think I could handle it right now, the range / fridge was enough this month.

  1. You got a new fridge too. That’s cool.
