We had some green beans from the CSA box and two leftover chicken tenders from the chicken marsala I made the other night.
Spicy stir fry!
Easy peasy. Fry a little ginger and a spoonful of chili garlic paste in oil. Add thinly sliced tenders. Fry until browned. Then add green beans and stir fry. Add some (I dunno, maybe 1/2 a cup?) of chicken stock. Add 2 more tablespoons of chili garlic sauce. Stir. Cover the wok and let everything steam until the green beans are done to your liking. Mix some corn starch in chicken stock and use to thicken. Serve over rice.
It was spicy and yummy.
