We got some nice looking baby bok choy in the box last week. I decided to braise it with some pan seared pork chops. Google directed me to Braised Baby Bok Choy with Garlic, Ginger, and Soy at Serious Eats.
Verdict: I should have cooked all 3 that were in the box instead of just two.
Definitely one to make again.
